Warm welcome
For winter sports fans, St. Anton is a must. But design fans now also get their money’s worth all year round at the Ullrhaus am Arlberg. In the middle of the Tyrolean Alps, the boutique hotel welcomes its guests with its deliberate contrasts of Scandinavian-Japanese clarity, the unagitated color palette of nature, valuable oak wood fixtures and sometimes gaudy homeland statements.
Tyrolean Modern
In the rooms, Stephanie Thatenhorst defines living and sleeping areas with custom oak slat walls. Antique farmhouse furniture from jog tables to bench seating, flowered pillows reminiscent of historic farmhouse box paintings and details in Tyrolean red situate the styling. In the bathroom, fixtures and accessories in black take the traditional lime plaster material to the next level. Clean nine designs, like a black slab chair or the lamps (Mud Australia), complement the Nordic touch.

Delicious culture clash
Stephanie Thatenhorst’s restaurant design underlines the fact that the hotel operators care about togetherness. In terms of cuisine, Nordic meets Alpine influences in the à la carte restaurant. Clearly, this delicious culture clash lines up with cuddly retro armchairs, sometimes teddy, sometimes flower print (&Tradition), milking stool stools and natural tables at the clearly designed bar. Not to forget, the sensational mountain view for breakfast and the crackling fireplace for dinner, which can be enjoyed on the cozy sofa Fly (also &tradition).
Spa Time
Like the entire house, the Ullr Spa is alive with light wood tones, soothing wool fabrics ranging from greige to sage to fir green, and atmospheric dimmable lighting (e.g. Allied Maker and Hay). A mix that brings the forest and nature indoors, enveloping guests in comfort as soon as they enter the area. With the nature-oriented color code, the pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath & co. become the ultimate deceleration booster.==
