How do I return products?

To ensure a quick and smooth processing of your return, we would like to ask you to comply with the following points.

  1. Send us an email at stating your return request and reason. We will contact you as soon as possible and send you a shipping label by email.
  2. In case of damaged goods, please send us photos of the damage by email with your invoice number.
  3. Please pack the goods carefully for return, at best in the original packaging, so that the item is returned to us without (further) damage. Please remove the original address label in advance.


When will I get my money back?

If you effectively exercise your right of withdrawal, we must return to you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Please note that crediting your credit card will take longer than a bank transfer, you will not see this until your statement.
