Where The (Interior!) Magic Happens…
Great pleasure: We present our new office! In just four months, the spacious old building space at Franz-Joseph-Strasse 14 in Schwabing was transformed from absolute construction to the desired actual state, where good vibes on ultimate favorites invite you to preview. High time for a Room Tour with deep insights into the Thatenhorst DNA!

Follow the color code, please!
Stephanie Thatenhorst Interior has long been synonymous worldwide for colorful, eclectic interior cocktails that hit the zeitgeist everywhere with their mix of materials. It’s clear that the Munich office follows the style typology. Unagitatedly staged by wooden herringbone parquet and stone-gray walls, a carpet in block tires (cc-tapis) and Mondrian-esque wardrobe (Draga Aurel) draw you into the office – and material patterns on the walls and poufs from their own collection captivate you.

Chefin + Steffi = Cheffi
In Stephanie Thatenhorst’s office, individuality meets an open-door policy with the same intention. This is evidenced by the custom desk in primary blue AND the highly personalized door sign. Documents find a place in the statement wall shelf (Muller van Severen) and in the evening the table lamp with retro appeal (Nemo) puts new designs from the Inteior forge in the right light.

Teamwork Makes The Dreamwork
Behind Stephanie Thatenhorst is a terrific team, with which the interoir designer manages all assignments from single-family homes to store interiors to international hotel projects. Spacious workstations (with trendy dividers made of the acoustic wonder cord!) and plenty of daylight create a feel-good atmosphere there. And material patterns at eye level casually provide inspiration.

Off to the treasure trove
A visit to the pattern-room is simply life-changing for many building owners, as the carefully curated, valuable surfaces – from upholstery fabrics to tiles and wallpaper – open up completely new interior perspectives. Of course, always accompanied by the planner:innen, who stylistically holistically adjust the concept to the requirements.

A balanced setting
Anyone who spends all day working on interiors naturally also has to set new standards with their conference and lounge rooms. Mission accomplished! Because the good-humored vibe that permeates the entire office has moved in here with Happymakers from the sideboard or end table (Glasitalia) to the flower pots. New classics like the chairs (Tacchini) and the table lamp (Favius) balance the perfect setting.

Cool kitchen
Everyone knows that the best parties take place in the kitchen. That this also applies to creative interior conversations is reported from this very cool kitchen thinktank. From a quick coffee on the sunny balcony or lunch – surrounded by the Thatenhorst color code with kitchenette, dining and mini living area, people talk shop, dream and spin.

True Wonderland
As always, the smaller the louder is the eccentric design motto when it comes to the functional rooms. The guest bathroom is given feminine strength by walls in reed green, tiles in powdery pink and an eye-catching mirror in rich blue. An insane tile tris in gray, white, black gives the larger bathroom version the perfect base for candy-colored highlights like the sink (Kast) and the multicolored shimmering bubble mirror (Sabine Marcelis).==
