Tropique outdoor chair combines simple materials with timeless Côte d’Azur aesthetics. The frame of each chair is made of stainless steel with a distinctive curve at the feet – a hallmark of French designer Mathieu Matégot’s style. This is reminiscent of its original 1950s construction. The look of the classic chair is maintained, yet there is a flexible option to replace the cover fabric. Similar to a hammock, the fabric seat adjusts to the contours of the body. The Tropique outdoor chair is comfortably upholstered and available either with fringes or without fringes on the cushions.
