The Double U chair looks like a light hug. The silhouette is full of verve, dynamism and playful lightness. The monochrome color scheme makes the chair look like a single piece.
Seat shell and backrest are made of pressed beech wood veneered with ash. The logs are sourced from forests that have been sustainably managed for more than 300 years and provide a type of wood with unique qualities. Beech is characterized by enormous tensile strength and lasting flexibility – making it ideal for the ergonomically curved seat and back shells. The chair convinces with durability, comfort and iconic aesthetics.
