Coffee table Morfa comes from the first collection of Lucas Recchia. The Morfa series deals with the way we see the transformation of materials, in this case glass, which is rock, which then turns into sand until it becomes glass and finally takes the form of tables. Coffee table Morfa seeks to explore glass as a fluid material, using ancient and handmade techniques with solar energy to extend the sustainable nature of glass. Each piece is made by an artisan in Brazil from the cutting of the glass to the gluing process. The production of a single table takes 30 days.
