Designer Asad-Bakhtiari has always been fascinated by arrows and their power. He designed the rug Centaur as part of the Archer collection, in which the artist explores semiotics and cultural icons, creating 7 unique designs whose meaning is expressed with a combination of natural materials and craftsmanship.
With the Archer collection, CC-Tapis presents for the first time a collection focused on only one type of rug: the runner. The collection is entirely hand-knotted and made in the CC-Tapis atelier in Nepal from Himalayan wool, pure silk, cashmere and metallic yarn.

The artist draws inspiration from yearnings, current events, his Persian heritage and religious symbols and incorporates them into his collections. We especially love this collection for CC-Tapis, as the strong colors and unique shapes create a very special sense of space. Design carpet Centaur can be used in hallways, staircases, narrow spaces or freely in any interior.
